Organiser un temps de vie sociale dans son établissement
Michèle est directrice de deux établissements dans le département de l’Aisne. Pour elle un animateur à lui tout seul ne peut pas accompagner les 365 jours des résidents c’est pourquoi il est nécessaire que chaque personne travaillant au sein de l’établissement se sente investie. C’est ainsi qu’elle a mis en place une nouvelle organisation des plannings afin que chaque personne qui le souhaite puisse se libérer du temps pour passer un moment autrement avec les résidents. Michèle explique sa gestion des plannings qui s’organisent autour du rythme des résidents.
