Gym cérébrale : des couleurs et des ronds
Julie propose des exercices pour travailler la mémoire, la logique en utilisant les couleurs. Cette activité utilise également la motricité fine pour renforcer la dextérité et la coordination œil-main grâce au coloriage ou à la superposition des éléments découpés. Imprimer les différents fiches ronds et couleurs et suivre les instructions sur chacune d'elle. Cette activité peut être adaptée en fonction des capacités des participants, en ajoutant ou simplifiant certaines tâches.
Ce contenu est le premier d'une série qui allie la concentration, la mémoire mais également la motricité fine et la perception visuelle.
